Laska Company provides private investment banking services to small and mid-size companies, including business sales, business valuations, M&A advisory, and private placement of equity and debt. At Laska Company, the associates of our firm personally lead the day-to-day aspects of each transaction. This way, we get to know our clients inside and out, and understand specific needs of the buyer or investor.
Business Sales and Acquisitions
Laska Company manages the entire process for our clients, including the development of marketing materials, advertising, approaching buyers or targets, negotiating purchase price and terms, and skillfully closing the deal. We will work with you to determine the market value of your business, confidentially market your business to prospective buyers, handle inquiries from interested parties, and manage the sales process through closing. There are no up-front fees; we earn our commission when we sell your business.
Laska Company assists buyers and investors with skill and care. We understand what information a buyer requires in order to make a quick and accurate analysis and decision, and we present this information in a complete Confidential Business Review. We are also familiar with lending institution requirements and can offer guidance in financing options.
Private Equity and Debt Financing
The principals of Laska Company have broad industry experience in helping customers raise investment funds through Private Equity Groups, Venture Capital Firms, and Angel Firms. As an Idaho Registered Broker-Dealer, we have the knowledge and requirements necessary for local private placement of securities, including equity and debt offerings. Our in-house fund also invests in local private placements.
Church Bond Financing Program
Financing new or large worship facilities, schools, and fellowship buildings is sometimes very difficult as most banks and lending institutions either refuse to do business with churches or they put too many requirements and restraints on the church, including personal guarantees from the staff and board members. Laska Company has recognized these problems, and together with a strong desire to help expand the Good News of the Gospel, we offer local bond financing as a means to finance or refinance your church projects. Bond Financing can save the church tens of thousands of dollars in interest over the term of the loan. Other benefits include:
