Molly Lenty

Associate

Molly Lenty brings more than 25 years of experience working alongside entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community institutions to help organizations grow, adapt, and succeed. Her career spans corporate financial services, startup technology, small business ownership, and public service – giving her a uniquely well-rounded understanding of the opportunities and challenges business owners face throughout the life cycle of a business. 

Molly began her career in the corporate financial services industry, serving as Vice President of Government and Community Relations for a five-state region. In that role she worked closely with executives, entrepreneurs, and community leaders to build strategic partnerships, support economic development, grow workforce, invest in communities, and navigate complex regulatory and policy environments. 

Entrepreneurship has always been central to Molly’s life. She comes from a family of business owners, has owned multiple types of businesses, and today she and her husband Kelly operate a locally founded and owned HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal fabrication company. She has also experienced the startup journey firsthand as the co-founder of a technology company focused on advancing U.S. manufacturing through an AI-driven assessment and analytics platform. 

Having lived the entrepreneurial journey herself, Molly understands the realities business owners face every day- the responsibility of meeting payroll, managing growth, navigating uncertainty, and building something meaningful from the ground up. She knows that small and mid-sized businesses are the backbone of the American economy and the foundation of strong communities. That perspective fuels her passion for helping entrepreneurs grow their companies and successfully transition the businesses they have worked so hard to build. 

Molly is also deeply engaged in civic leadership and organizational governance. She was twice publicly elected as a Trustee for the College of Western Idaho and served two terms as Chair of the Board of Trustees during a period of significant institutional growth. Her work has focused heavily on workforce development, strengthening business-education partnerships, expanding campus and program capacity, and creating greater opportunity for Idaho’s future workforce. 

She currently serves as Vice Chair for Idaho Business for Education, a statewide executive membership organization, and as Idaho State Director for Right On Crime, where she works alongside business, state, community, and policy leaders on initiatives focused on workforce participation and second-chance employment. 

Throughout her career, Molly has served on numerous nonprofit and civic boards and has been recognized by organizations including the Idaho Business Review, the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, Idaho Technology Council, and the Women’s & Children’s Alliance for her leadership and contributions to business and community. 

Molly and Kelly are fortunate to have three wonderful adult children. When she’s not working with clients or engaged in community initiatives, she enjoys traveling with family, spending time outdoors on their hobby farm with horses, goats, chickens, and dogs, exploring Idaho’s four seasons by boat, two wheels, snowmobile, or side-by-side.

CONTACT INFORMATION

This Confidentiality Agreement will confirm the mutual understandings of the undersigned and Laska Company (Laska) in connection with Laska providing and our receipt of information regarding the client of Laska listed below.

1. “Information” means all data, reports, records or materials obtained from Laska or the client company, which is not in the public domain, including the names, address and type of business of the client company and the knowledge that the client company may be considering a sale.
2. Information is being furnished solely in connection with the consideration of a Laska client company and shall be treated as “secret” and “confidential” and no portion of it shall be disclosed to others, except to those employees and agents of the undersigned whose knowledge of the information is required to evaluate the client company as a potential acquisition and who shall assume the same obligations as the undersigned under this Agreement. All information shall be promptly returned or destroyed, as directed by Laska or the client company.
3. It is understood that the Laska client company, as the intended party whose rights are being protected, may seek legal redress and remedies directly for any breach of this Confidentiality Agreement as if it were a party to this Agreement.
4. The undersigned agrees to not contact the Laska client company directly without prior approval of Laska.
5. It is understood that (a) Laska makes no representation or warranty as the completeness or accuracy as to any information and the financial condition of the Buyer or Seller and (b) any and all representation and warranties shall be made solely by the Laska client company and shall be set forth in a signed acquisition agreement or purchase contract and then be subject to the provisions thereof.
6. The undersigned acknowledges the responsibility to perform a due diligence review at his own cost and expense prior to any acquisition of a Laska client company. It is understood that fees or commissions paid to Laska by the client company shall not be shared or paid to any person representing the undersigned.
7. The undersigned confirms that he or she has read and understood the Agency Disclosure Brochure and understands that he or she is a “customer” and is not represented by a broker unless there is a signed written agreement for agency representation. All Laska agents represent the client company and under their fiduciary duty can only release client-approved information. You are deemed a “customer” and owed a duty of being treated honestly and fairly. The undersigned agrees Laska Company is the procuring cause in any future transaction with the client company. Any offer you make must be presented promptly to the seller through Laska Company.
