Prime Location Boise Microbrewery and Restaurant

Business Description

Here’s your opportunity to own a beloved local microbrewery restaurant nestled in the heart of a vibrant Boise neighborhood. We are excited to present this well established and accessible pub for sale, boasting a loyal customer base and a prime location. With over 50 proprietary beer recipes, this pub always offers a selection of staple and rotating seasonal beers that beer afficionados know is a true gem in the local craft beer scene. Not to be overshadowed by the craft beer, the restaurant is also known for their deliciously well curated menu.

This establishment is fully managed and staffed for a turn-key opportunity. However, the ideal new owner is a Boise local with knowledge of the food service industry. A new owner has an incredible opportunity to acquire this business at a much lower cost than starting new.

The growth opportunity is significant through increasing operating hours and advertising.

Competition in Boise is high; however, this brewery has unique advantages, including the prime location. Contact the agent to explore what makes this brewery stand out.

Facilities are leased with enviably great terms and extension options out to 2036. Facilities are a fully turn-key brewery and restaurant. A large and popular patio makes this location a true neighborhood hub.

Approximately 20 employees, including a general manager and brew master.

Owner is moving out of state.

The current general manager is available to stay on. The current brewer manages the entire brewery independently and is available to stay on.
