Restaurant & Bar with Liquor License

Business Description

This Boise restaurant and bar features a high-end, professionally designed buildout in a historic space. The sale includes two walk-in refrigerators and a fully operational bar; furnishings and appliances are not included. The business was rebranded in 2024 and is still ramping up, with normalized revenue of approximately $639,000. A great opportunity for an operator to take over a turnkey bar and customize the kitchen to fit their concept. Seller is retiring and offering flexible transition support.
Significant upside exists in event-based dining, private parties, and extended hours. A new operator could tailor the space to a range of concepts, leveraging the premium bar infrastructure and kitchen-ready layout.
The space offers unique advantages due to its high-quality buildout and flexibility. Competitors may have similar square footage, but few offer this level of finish in a ready-to-operate format.
  • Substantial leasehold improvements already in place
  • Two walk-in refrigerators included
  • Bar is turnkey and fully operational
  • No kitchen appliances or furnishings included in the sale
Not applicable – being sold without staff in place.
Retiring.
Up to 2 months of transition support offered by the seller, if needed.
